This is a lake lot in Crosby MN, on Serpent lake. I need to sell it fast. I wish I could build a cabin on it. It's a great deal, most other lots on Serpent are $250,000+.

The lot is a city lot and has sewer and water at the curb. Located close to the Park and Public access on Serpent in Crosby, if you know where that is.
